Use instructions 

Use an eyeliner or eyeshadow brush for application. Use an eyeliner brush to achieve the desired eyeliner effect.  When still wet immediately following application , an eyeshadow brush can be used to achieve an eyeshadow effect.  A little goes a long way.  For a darker or more pigmented look, apply layers.  To wash off use soap, oil or any eye makeup remover.
