Use instructions 

Use an eyeliner or eyeshadow brush for application. Use an eyeliner brush to achieve the desired eyeliner effect.  When still wet immediately following application, an eyeshadow brush can be used to achieve an eyeshadow effect.  A little goes a long way.  For a darker or more pigmented look, apply layers.  To wash off use soap, oil or any eye makeup remover.
